Vesuvius of Gragnano PGI – 28 Pasta Makers

Vesuvio di Gragnano PGI is the new 28 Pastai format inspired by the enveloping and imposing shape of Mount Vesuvius, whose profile outlines one of the most beautiful gulfs in the world. A perfect format for red ragùs, sauces, and fish stews, and for experimenting with your creativity in the kitchen with creative and fun plating! Made according to the artisanal tradition of Pasta di Gragnano PGI, bronze-drawn to best hold sauces, and slowly dried at low temperatures to preserve all of their nutritional and organoleptic qualities. Being an artisanal product, we recommend tasting them several times during cooking, because pasta is like life; there’s no need for instructions or timing; it’s simply a matter of tasting them to see when they’re just the way you like them.
