‘- Lambrusco di Sorbara Spumante DOC BRUT. Classic Method. Winemaking method: Lambrusco Rosé di Modena Spumante DOC is obtained from a selection of the finest Sorbara grapes , harvested exclusively by hand in crates weighing no more than 17 kg. The bunches are carefully handled to avoid any damage during transport and upon arrival at the winery. Pressing takes place according to rigorous fractionation criteria. The must undergoes clarification followed by alcoholic fermentation in steel vats at controlled temperatures. After six months, carefully selected yeasts are added and bottled. The bottles finish the refermentation placed horizontally at a constant temperature of 12°C. After remuage and subsequent disgorgement, the liqueur d’expédition is added. Description: This Lambrusco presents itself with a beautiful pale pink “dress,” furrowed by a delicate foam in its carbonated bubbles. Magical olfactory sensation with a bouquet rich in aromatic hints of raspberry and wild strawberry combined with notes of ancient rose and tones of pomegranate. Vigorously acidic on the palate, with that touch of refined sapidity that invites both sipping and pairing. Good-bodied. Lambrusco di Sorbara Sparkling DOC BRUT. Classic Method.
