Gragnano PGI Half Penne Rigate – 28 Pasta Makers

Bronze-drawn Mezze Penne Rigate di Gragnano PGI are smaller than classic Penne Rigate, but they share the same Italian popularity. Their dynamic shape enhances even a simple vegetable sauce. Made according to the artisanal tradition of Pasta di Gragnano PGI, they are bronze-drawn to best retain sauce and slowly dried at low temperatures to preserve all their nutritional and organoleptic qualities. Being an artisanal product, we recommend tasting them several times during cooking, because pasta is like life; there’s no need for instructions or timing; it’s simply a matter of tasting to see when it’s just right for you.
