Gragnano IGP Rigate Mezze Maniche – 28 Pasta Makers

The bronze-drawn Mezze Maniche Rigate di Gragnano PGI are shorter than the similar Rigatoni, with which they share the same ridges across the entire surface. The version is petit, but its personality remains. This shape pairs perfectly with vegetables and fish. Made according to the artisanal tradition of Pasta di Gragnano PGI, bronze-drawn to best retain sauces, and slowly dried at low temperatures to preserve all of its nutritional and organoleptic qualities. Being an artisanal product, we recommend tasting it several times during cooking, because pasta is like life; there’s no need for instructions or timing; you just have to taste it to see when it’s just the way you like it.
