Gragnano PGI Mixed Pasta – 28 Pasta Makers

Pasta Mista di Gragnano PGI is made up of eight different shapes, each sharing the same firmness and cooking time. This “mixed” pasta was created to cleverly utilize leftovers. A humble pasta that celebrates the beauty of diversity. Made according to the artisanal tradition of Pasta di Gragnano PGI, it’s bronze-drawn to best hold sauces, and slowly dried at low temperatures to preserve all its nutritional and organoleptic qualities. Being an artisanal product, we recommend tasting it several times during cooking, because pasta is like life; it doesn’t require instructions or timing; it needs to be savored to understand when it’s just the way you like it.
