Gragnano PGI Spaghetti – 28 Pasta Makers

Spaghetti di Gragnano PGI has a thousand-year history, a shape that never ages. Spaghetti brings a quintessentially Italian flavor and cheerfulness to the table; it’s no coincidence that it’s the most popular shape in Italy. Made according to the artisanal tradition of Pasta di Gragnano PGI, it’s bronze-drawn to best hold sauces, and slowly dried at low temperatures to preserve all its nutritional and organoleptic qualities. Being an artisanal product, we recommend tasting it several times during cooking, because pasta is like life; it doesn’t require instructions or timing; it’s simply a matter of tasting it to understand when it’s just the way you like it.
